Not much to tell really, Born in East London in 1951, I’m nowadays based in Bedfordshire, in a village near Leighton Buzzard. I collect Spot-On die-cast vehicles and also have a large Minic Motorway collection, based around an extended, rare 5-lane race layout, Much of the collection is left over from my youth in the 1950’s/1960’s…… This came to light following the death of my mother over 20 years ago – she had kept all my childhood toys after I married and left home in 1974!! Now semi-retired I’ve been slowly filling gaps in both collections (but mainly the Spot-On). I also have a classic car, a bright tangerine Reliant Kitten (4 wheels! – which, when I bought it in 1979, was a 4-year old second-hand one)!! I’m very active in a few classic car clubs and forums and “moderate” on the Reliant World forum. Additionally I have a Morini Strada motorcycle but am looking to change this later in the year…… John
